I teach painting workshops on how to impersonate the way nature creates, dialogue with nature through art-making and develop a practice that supports the understanding that we too are natural.

I used to be an elementary school environmental educator in inner city Toronto and I have a doctorate in Transformative Learning from OISE/UT.
I paint/draw/write with nature as a way to resonate with beautiful natural pattern. I'm fascinated by the dissolved sense of connection between self and nature that is attained through mindful art making. As an environmental educator I am inspired to help others better see themselves in nature, and nature in themselves.
