While I don't disagree with you regarding Bourriaud; He contributes to a philosophical position that I think you will find much more clearly articulated in Grant Kester's 'Conversation Pieces'.
Kester provides a historical overview of art history, theory and related philosophies coupled with a deeply thoughtful review of the range of work that can be considered for dialogic/social consequence.

I'm very interested in what you said about exploring Sustainability Art. Just this week I started a blog on art and sustainability to try to think about art in relation to issues of sustainability: http://artandsustainability.blogspot.com/. In the past, I've been involved with ecological art, but that implies an art with a particular ecological commitment. Art made from the viewpoint of sustainability might be involve that as a conscious effort or it may not. I'm interested in how art might be part of a larger conversation that we all need to become part of. We'll see how this goes, but I would be very interested in learning about your thinking on this topic.
Your work looks very interesting and Perfurbance #3 festival in Indonesia is a great example of sustainable arts festival examining many of the issues you are working with
