Theron Schmidt is a writer and performer based in London. He has performed as a solo artist at Camden People's Theatre and Chisenhale Dance Space, and has collaborated with Barbara Campbell, Nicola Conibere, Chris Goode, and Rajni Shah. He has also worked with Apocryphal Theatre, Punchdrunk, PushPush Theatre (Atlanta), Rotozaza, and Unlimited Theatre. He is currently pursuing AHRC-supported doctoral research into relational aesthetics and theatricality at Queen Mary, University of London. He is also a writer with Writing from Live Art, a Live Art UK initiative (www.writingfromliveart.co.uk). He is a member and former executive committee member of Alternate ROOTS (www.alternateroots.org).
